The USC Trojans have added another marquee name to their already top-ranked 2026 recruiting class. Four-star wide receiver Ethan “Boobie” Feaster announced his commitment to USC on July 4, choosing the Trojans over fellow finalists LSU, Texas A&M, and Alabama.

Feaster, a standout from DeSoto High School in Texas, is ranked as the No. 4 wide receiver and No. 40 overall player nationally by 247Sports Composite. He reclassified from the 2027 class earlier this year, making him one of the youngest prospects in the 2026 cycle.

The 6-foot, 175-pound receiver brings elite speed and route-running ability to USC’s offense. In 2024, he recorded 57 receptions for 855 yards and 14 touchdowns, earning MaxPreps Sophomore All-American honors. As a freshman, he helped lead DeSoto to a Texas 6A Division II state title with 634 yards and 9 touchdowns.

Feaster cited USC’s offensive system under head coach Lincoln Riley and wide receivers coach Dennis Simmons as key factors in his decision. “I had a couple of meetings with Coach Riley,” Feaster told On3 after his official visit to USC on June 6. “We talked about the offense a little bit. He really just showed me his best receivers and how he lets them run sets of routes that he wouldn’t let any other receivers run. That’s why they’re used to getting so open.”

“Then he showed me all his counters he makes off the defense, off their weaknesses. That’s what he was really showing me and then we just talked about how I’ve been doing, my parents, living there, and stuff like that.”

His commitment gives USC five wide receivers in the 2026 class, joining four-star prospects Trent Mosley, Luc Weaver, Roderick Tezeno, and Ja’Myron Baker. The Trojans now have 31 total commitments, including five-star tight end Mark Bowman and offensive tackle Keenyi Pepe.

With Feaster on board, USC’s 2026 class remains firmly atop the national rankings, positioning the Trojans for a strong future in the Big Ten.
